The beloved cosmopolitan grape variety Sauvignon Blanc is perfectly acclimatised to the cold climate of mountainous Achaea (the grapes are sourced from the highest Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in Greece, at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level) and the result is outstanding. Aromas of citrus fruit, citron and hints of freshly cut grass and vanilla. Vivid in the mouth, with crispy acidity and finish full of freshness.
