The young oenologist Julia Drouva was bold enough to attempt a micro-vinification (300 bottles altogether) of a single-variety, deep-coloured rosé. Aromatic intensity of ripe red fruit, medium body, rich taste of strawberry and cherry, medium acidity and a generous finish.
