This year, Andreas presents for the first time a sparkling wine made from the versatile Assyrtiko, using the pét-nat method (a wine- making technique in which the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is completed). Its refreshing bubbles, combined with a creamy texture, are truly exhil- arating. € 7.50 CRÉMANT DU BOURGOGNE EXTRA BRUT Bourgogne, France Clotilde Davenne / Chardonnay - Pinot Noir / 2023 / 12,5% Crémant refers to a category of high-quality sparkling wines made using the tradi- tional Champagne method, but produced outside the Champagne region. By law, production is permitted only in eight regions of France, one of which is the wine- renowned Burgundy. Delicate, fine bubbles; aromas of white-fleshed fruit with notes of brioche and flowers; freshness and vibrancy on the palate; this dry sparkling wine exudes French elegance. € 9.00 wh i te 150 ml RODITIS SINGLE PLOT Kozani, Macedonia Belidis Winery / Roditis / 2025 / 13% The Belidis brothers continue a century-old family tradition in viticulture, on the shores of Lake Polyfytos. This high-quality Roditis is an ideal introduction to the fas- cinating world of indigenous grape varieties, especially as it comes from low-yield vineyards. Fragrant aromas of stone fruit with floral notes lead to a medium-bodied palate, refreshing acidity, and a finish marked by herbal nuances. € 5.50 ALAI Heraklio-Crete island, Aegean sea Zidianakis Garage Winery / Malvasia di Candia Aromatica / 2025 / 13,5% The Zidianakis family follows the path laid down by their ancestors, cultivating un- interruptedly their privately owned vineyards, some of which are already many decades old. In the Cretan dialect, Alai means abundance –a fitting name chosen by the fourth generation for this fragrant white wine made from the Mediterranean variety Malvasia, specifically the Malvasia di Candia clone (Candia being the Vene- tian name for Heraklion). Intense aromas of lemongrass, orange blossom, and peach flesh lead to a palate that is full yet crisp, with balanced acidity and a refresh- ing finish. € 6.00 LINON Ilia, Peloponnese Stavropoulos Estate / Assyrtiko / 2019 / 14% Our long-standing collaboration with the Stavropoulos family has evolved into a re- lationship of trust, with their wines being particularly popular at heteroclito. This con- nection offers the opportunity to explore older vintages from their cellar. We are delighted to share with you a 2019 Assyrtiko (Greece’s world-class grape variety and one of the Mediterranean’s finest whites) whose evolution (pH: 3.1, acidity: 5.6 g/L, residual sugar: 3.0 g/L) is a most pleasant surprise, as is its price. Aromatically, toasted bread, confit lemon, vanilla, white flowers, and subtle petrol notes dominate. On the palate it is full-bodied, with sweet citrus flavors alternating with nuts and hon- eycomb. The finish reveals hints of dried herbs. € 6.00 AIDANI Sikinos island, Aegean sea Manalis Winery / Aidani / 2025 / 12,5% Sikinos is an island in the Cyclades, located between Folegandros and Ios. In antiquity, it was called Oinoe, meaning “vine-clad island." The Manalis family is reviving the island’s winemaking tradition, cultivating dry-farmed Cycladic grape varieties in the rugged mi- croclimate of the Aegean, where the nighttime mist provides cooling, resulting in unique wines with a yield of 500-600 kg per acre. Subtle aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, with hints of minerality. Medium body, refined acidity, and a refreshing finish. Summer has begun and with this white wine we are already transported ton the Aegean Sea, to a beautiful winery often referred to as the “Balcony of the Cyclades”. € 8.50 HORIZON Zakynthos island, Ionian sea Kefallinos Winery / Makrypodia / 2025 / 13% Zakynthos has a rich viticultural heritage with a wealth of local grape varieties, as documented in historical Venetian records. Every family produced its own wine, while the island also served as a supply-port for ships sailing across the Mediterranean. Among the dozens of mostly white varieties historically recorded on this Ionian island, we single out the nearly extinct, early-ripening Makrypodia. Aromas of pear flesh, green apple, quince, orange blossom, and wet pebbles unfold on the nose. The palate offers remarkable depth, with subtle tannins, invigorating freshness, and a re- fined finish (pH: 3.1, acidity: 6.0 g/L, residual sugar: 2.0 g/L). Produced in an ex- tremely limited quantity of only 900 bottles, this white wine won over even the most demanding wine lovers from its very first vintage in 2023. € 9.00 (also available at 75ml for € 4.50) V FOR VOSTILIDI Kefalonia island, Ionian sea Sarris Winery / Vostilidi / 2024 / 13% Panos Sarris needs no introduction, as his wines are particularly popular at hetero- clito, with his first bottling debuting in the spring of 2016. This is a limited-production release from the robust Ionian variety Vostilidi (also known as Goustolidi in Zakyn- thos), vinified as a classic white (without skin contact) and matured in Austrian foudre. Aromas of roasted almonds with hints of flint gradually unfold. On the palate, alternating notes of citrus peels, white-fleshed fruits, and rose geranium. Lightly tan- nic, with pronounced acidity and a finish marked by minerality. A gastronomic white of distinctive character, whose robust structure truly impresses. € 8.00 PETIT-CHABLIS MOREAU NAUDET Bourgogne, France Domaine Moreau Naudet / Chardonnay / 2023 / 12,5% The finest expression of the Chardonnay variety is inseparably linked to the white wines of Burgundy, combining elegance, balance, minerality, complexity, and longevity. The appellations of Chablis, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet hold a leading position, though in most cases their prices are prohibitive. Following the sudden loss of her husband in 2016, Virginie Moreau took over Domaine Moreau Naudet, determined to continue Stéphane’s vision, and quickly established herself among the stars of Chablis. Her dedication in the vineyard and commitment to low- intervention winemaking result in wines of vibrancy, depth, and great complexity. Virginie’s Petit Chablis is delicious and crisp, with green apple, pear flesh, and or- ange blossom at the forefront, while mineral notes reflect the distinctive soils of the vineyards. Elegant, balanced, and seductive, it sets the stage for high-level wine enjoyment. € 12.00 (also available at 75ml for € 6.00) amber (skin contact) 150 ml TAHTAS Heraklio-Crete island, Aegean sea Lyrarakis Wines Micho Batch / Tahtas / 2025 / 11,5% In Crete, vine cultivation and winemaking have continued uninterrupted for thou- sands of years. For more than half a century, the Lyrarakis family has placed partic- ular emphasis on local grape varieties and the way they express themselves across the island’s diverse terrain. Especially noteworthy are the micro-vinifications initiated by head winemaker Myriam Abouzer. This vineyard in the mountains of Heraklion, planted in 1944 with the rare Tahtas variety, undergoes five days of skin contact, fer- mentation in a 600-liter foudre, and three months of aging in used oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered (pH: 3.5, acidity: 5.0 g/L, residual sugar: 1.4 g/L). The nose gradually unfolds aromas of ripe stone fruit and dried herbs with hints of ginger. Rich on the palate, dominated by stone fruit, earthy nuances, moderate acidity, and ele- gant tannins. A herbal finish with energy and persistence. € 8.00 LA PETITE PERLÉE Val de Loire, France La Porte Saint Jean / Chenin Blanc / 2022 / 11,5% Sylvain Dittière was practically born in a rose field, as his parents cultivated roses near Saumur. Inspired by floriculture yet captivated by wine, he studied viticulture and oenology and worked at iconic domaines such as Domaine de l’Ecu, Domaine Gauby, Domaine La Grange des Pères, Domaine des Roches Neuves, and Clos Rougeard before returning to the Loire to create his own wines.
