The oxidative Jura wines are hard to find in the Greek market. At heteroclito we are happy to take the risk, as we always aspire to expand your horizons, where wine is concerned. The “vin de voile”, the specific method followed for the white wines of the region, is practised only by the sherry producers in Spain. During barrel aging, casks are only partially filled (ouillé) with wine. This provokes the formation of a film of yeast on the exposed portion, protecting the wine from oxidation and giving it a unique flavor of dried fruits and nuts. The Tradition matures for two years in oak barrels (228 lt).
